The polka dots were made using bright pink felt. To create these fun polka dots...first you need to punch circle from cardstock, in the desired sizes, to make templates. Next cut circles from the felt, when cutting the circles I found it easiest to place the template onto the felt then cut around it. Randomly place the felt polka dots onto the cardstock, of your desired size, using extra tacky double sided adhesive tape. Then trim the edges.
For the button and floss detail... all I did was thread the buttons, wrapped the floss around the cardstock a few times, then tied the ends together on the back side.
