Introducing Side By Side Sentiments

I'm back this month with the newest addition to my Stamping Simply line up for the May Papertrey Ink release. I couldn't be more thrilled to introduce to you my new stamp set... Side By Side Sentiments.  This collection of simple sentiments in a side by side formation is so very versatile.  With a variety of occasions covered in this single set, you will be able to add them to a variety of projects!.  Included in Side By Sentiments is 8 phrases.  At a cost of only $15, this set will be available for purchase beginning May 15th at Papertrey Ink.

Now onto today's creation...
I wanted the focus of this card to be the sentiment, so I kept the overall design clean and simple with a touch of unexpected detail (via the twine, more on it below).
I began by stamping the sentiment in gray ink and then layered a few Birthday Style candles over the "Happy Birthday" portion.  Just A Note: The separation created by the side by side formation make it easy to emphasize the reason for your greeting.
To finish the card off with a bang, I added a tiny twine bow using my new favorite way.  :)  Here's How:  I simply pulled out my handy dandy Tiny Attacher, stapled a bit of twine into place, tied into a bow and trimmed the edges.  It's easy and no need to use up excess material by wrapping all the way around the card.  Plus this little detail can be added in any spot you desire.  :)

Well, that concludes today's look at Side By Side Sentiments. Just remember... this stamp sets will be available for purchase through Papertrey Ink, beginning May 15th. In the mean time, I'd love to know what you think, so please feel free to share!

Now, be sure to visit Nichole Heady, Besty Veldman and Ashley Newell for new peeks. Also, Heather NicholsDawn McVey & Melissa Bickford have peeks to share with you of their newest sets for the month.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
