You Rock. There's No Doubt About It.

Just dropping by quickly today to share a fun card with you.  I pulled out a few newly purchased items (Kelly Purkey stamps and neon inks) that I've been anxious to play with and here's what I came up with...
Stamped the "You Rock..." sentiment in black ink onto a white card base.
Then stamped the chevron strip a few times around the sentiment in a combination of neon inks.  Finished the card off with a few wood veneer stars, which I colored using a black Sharpie marker to achieve just the right shade of black.

The chevron stamp is one that's included and sold via this Autumn TwentyTwelve Kit (click on the link below for a closer look) Pretty isn't it!


My new stamps from Kelly Purkey are simply rockin', perfect for making a bold statement on a simple card. Have you seen her exclusive stamp line for Simon Says Stamp?! Can't wait to get my hands on a few, especially these...
