Papertrey Ink & My Favorite Things

Let the festivities begin!!! It's Papertrey Ink's 5th anniversary and today marks the start of the countdown celebration. I am super excited to be apart of the design team for yet another fun year! Today, we each bring you our Top 5, five of our favorite Papertrey Ink products. My list consists of...
  1. 1/4" White Silk Ribbon, because I can't get enough of this stuff. This ribbon adds just the right amount of detail to any simple project. It can easily be wrapped around a card base once (or even twice), colored with Copic Markers (to match any color combo) or threaded and tied through a button.
  2. Buttons (of any and all colors), these are my go-to embellishments. I love to finish a card off with a trio of these little treasures.
  3. Rustic White Cardstock, perfect for a neutral card base and I go through this stuff like crazy.
  4. Rosie Posie, one of my current faves. Love that this set includes many versatile flower images plus background building strips.
  5. Background Basics: Chevron Stripes, because Chevrons are everywhere these days!

So that's my list. Be sure to check out the rest of the Design Teams Top 5's...

  8. Hi Maile!

Happy Pti anniversary! I'm happy that you are in the DT, 'cause I really love your style of card-making and it's different from the rest of the DT. It's always so wonderful to see how many projects styles there can be created with the same sets of stamps! I love the stamp sets you've designed the past year and I hope there will be more. For the challenge today, I used your card! That's certainly one of my faves as well! You can see my post here: http://wbtenhove.blogspot.com/2012/02/thank-you-papertrey.html
It was so lovely to make it! But yours is better! :-D
Wishing you a lovely day and thanks for all the inspiration!

    Hugs, Wendy

  16. Hi Maile,
More of a lurker here but have come out from hiding to share the love for PTI's birthday :)
You blow me away with your use of stamps every month - what looks like a simple card is much more. Simple needs to be perfect in color and placement/design and you ROCK at that BIG TIME! (You've MADE me buy SO MANY sets of stamps I didn't think I needed LOL)
