Teach & Inspire Revisited

Thanks for joining me today for the August Papertrey Ink Senior DT Challenge. This time around we are bringing back Teach & Inspire!
It's hard to believe that the start of school is almost upon us.  Today's revisit will help you be well prepared for sending a bit of love on that first day back or on one of those days where you feel the teacher needs a little note of thanks.
Today's card duo features a dreamy color combo of soft stone, pure poppy, berry sorbet and canyon clay.  Colors inspired by one of the pattern paper sheets from the new Vintage Linens paper pad.
This little one layer card features a row of pencils stamped in soft stone, creating a subtle backdrop for the sentiment.
The banner sentiment was rocked-n-rolled in both pure poppy and canyon clay inks.  The tiny apples were stamped to coordinate.
When creating this card I followed the angle of the "teachers" stamp.  I stamped both the top and bottom portion, trimmed them by hand, and mounted them onto the card front with dimensional adhesive.
After those were in place I lined up the "thank you" strip accordingly.

Well, that's it from me today. Hope you enjoy this month feature! Now be sure to visit the other Papertrey Ink senior design team girls for more Daydreamer goodness...
Thanks for stopping by today!
