SAF 2015: Bridal Challenge

Papertrey Ink Stamp-a-faire day is here!!!  The first challenge of the day...  the Bridal Challenge.  Create an all-white wedding card. Exception to the rule is that the sentiment can be stamped or added in a neutral color.  Check out my submission...
To start things off I stamped the "congratulations" from the Swoosh stamp set in black.
For a bit of white on white layering and texture I die cut branches from polka dot vellum using the Branch Out die and stapled them into place.

If your wondering what's going on today, wondering what the winner of the challenge will receive, or just wanting to participate... check out Nichole Heady's blog for all the detail.  Looking forward to seeing what you all create for this challenge.  If you are familiar with my style, then you know I'm all about the white!

Thanks for stopping by!

Maile

  1. Very pretty and I love the use of the staples because the leaves can flow instead of being stuck down.

  2. So pretty. I like what the rhinestones add. And the swoosh sentiment is perfect.

  5. Maile, stunning as usual. A bold choice to use the large polka dot vellum for the delicate branch, but it totally plays! I bet this card is even lovelier in person!

  6. Very striking card and can almost feel the leaves blowing in the wind since they aren't glued down entirely. Your swoosh stamp finished it off beautifully, Maile!
