Boy Basics Revisited

Hey everyone! Thanks for joining me today, for the June Papertrey Ink Senior DT challenge. This time around we are bringing back the Boy Basics Collection!  This collection is definitely a basic essential that is needed in every stamp collection!  Creating trendy boy cards is hard enough, but it's easily achieved with any of these sets.  I chose to work with Boy Basics: Skater Dude for today's project.  Here's what I came up with...

I used both the Boy Basics: Skater Dude stamp set and coordinating die to create a super cool card set.

I began by die cutting skateboards from Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores and Simply Chartreuse carstock.  Then stamped each one with a different pattern and wheels using Smokey Shadow ink.

Then mounted, using dimensional adhesive, each board along the top edge.  Finished the card off with a sentiment.

This second card was created in the same way.

I just flipped the layout and lined up the boards along the side edge.
