Anyways, on to today's card... This is a super simple card that I had whipped up quite some time ago. I've submitted it to magazines, but it never got picked up. So it's been patiently waiting for me to share it with you.
Attached two strips of Plum Pudding ribbon to a Kraft card base. Die cut three tea cups and stamped the coordinating tea cup image in Plum Pudding, Spring Rain & Simply Chartreuse. Stacked and attached the cups, with dimensional adhesive, to a white cardstock strip. Stamped the cardstock strip with a sentiment from Asian Fusion and attached to the card base with dimensional adhesive.
That's it from me today, thanks for stopping by!
Maile

ReplyDeleteThis card is true Maile style! Love the stacking cups!
ReplyDeleteCute card - I like the colour combo! Good luck with your wrist. I've been struggling with tendonitis in both my legs (from my ankles to midway up my calves). My life now involves a lot of Advil and IcyHot cream!
ReplyDeleteAdorable design. Love the colors. :)
ReplyDeleteGet better soon, unfortunately those kinds of injuries need rest, not ideal for a papercrafter. Love the card particularly the colours.
ReplyDeleteDarling card, love it!! I would have chosen it! Take care of that wrist, stuff like that scares me, since we are all in this crafty business and use our hands so much!
ReplyDeleteCute card, glad your wrist is feeling better! I made a card with a stack of teacups and submitted it a couple of times too...and it didn't get picked up either!!!!

Thank you so much for sharing, I love this simple, but beautiful card. Best of all, I have the supplies to make it. I don’t have to spend a dime.
ReplyDeleteWell if I were the person in charge of a magazine I would have picked up this card-it is terrific!

ReplyDeleteGreat clean and simple design!
ReplyDeleteI had tendonitis years ago in my wrist and elbow and it was bad. I thought my arm would be numb for the rest of my life. The problem tends to flair up when you overuse it, so take care.
