The base for this card is a sheet of Ombre Stripes pattern paper adhered to a white card base, in the Winter Wisteria color. 

The Splits: Thank You frame was inked in an ombre effect to match the pattern paper. I used Royal Velvet in the center, Winter Wisteria on the top, and Enchanted Evening on the bottom.

Under His Wings...

Hi folks! Welcome to day four of the May Papertrey Ink countdown.

I hope I've done a good job so far (during this months release) in showing just how versatile this Splits: Thank You stamp set really is. Today is no different, I've got another take on this image and its coordinating die.

For a pop of color I die cut and stamped one half of this frame onto a piece of Ombre Stripes pattern paper. Turned in onto its side, attached it with dimensional adhesive onto a square card base (4.25" x 4.25"), and stamped a sentiment from the soon to be release Walk By Faith stamp set.

Black, White, and Gold Thank You Duo

Hi! Welcome to day three of the May Papertrey Ink countdown.

I am totally on a neutral kick these days.  I've got a simple, yet pretty, card duo for you today using the new Splits: Thank You stamp set. 

I simply stamped the focal frame in True Black ink onto a white card base.

With and extra wide sentiment strip I was able to hide the split part of the frame and make it appear a bit more seamless. Then finished the image off with a few stamped gold dots.

This next super simple card uses the small additional image included in the Splits: Thank You stamp set.

This small floral was stamped as an accent image to help draw your eye into the sentiment.

Splits: Thank You Card Duo

Today I bring you another quick look at the Splits: Thank You stamp set... 

This time I've got a duo for you, using the frame in a different way. I stamped the top portion on one card and the bottom onto another card.  One stamp, two cards, and each with their own look.  

The white panels were die cut using the Sentiment Splits: Angle Vertical Die. The frame image was stamped in Smokey Shadow onto a kraft card base. 

The coordinating sentiment was stamped above the frame image with accent images on either side. For a pop of color a tiny strip of Lovely Lady cardstock was layered underneath. 

Here I've stamped the other end of the frame at the top of the card. 

The "Celebrate" is from a previously released Splits set... Splits: Celebrate, and it's stamped below a pop of gold cardstock.

Introducing Splits: Thank You

Hi there! Welcome to day one of the May Papertrey Ink countdown.

For this months release I bring you another addition to my Stamping Simply lineup.  Today I bring you the fourth in the Splits monthly series... Splits: Thank You! 

So, Mother's Day was last weekend and for that special day my boy picked out my flower bouquet combo all on his own. I used them as my color inspiration for today's card... Lovely Lady and Canyon Clay.

The flower and leaf frame was stamped in Smokey Shadow onto a white card base. 

A few dot formation are included in this set, giving you options for adding a pop of color to the flowers. I finished the card off with a kraft banner stamped with the coordinating sentiment.
